Sockymate.com currently ships across the United States/Canada/Australia/New Zealand 

To improve delivery times and product availability, orders may be fulfilled through a combination of local and global distribution partners.

Depending on stock availability, your order may ship from different fulfillment locations.

Pre-Orders

Pre-Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items may ship together once all items become available

Fulfillment & Split Shipments

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging

Our team will review the issue and assist with a replacement, refund, or store credit where appropriate.
